Krista Blondin

Canadian Girl Power (A celebration of women in music over the decades)
It's amazing how many great songs and artists are rooted from Canadian soil. Drawing from the hits of Canadian superstars Shania Twain, Alanis Morrisette, Celine Dion, Serena Ryder and Joni Mitchell, the audience hears and upbeat mix of pop, rock country, and folk songs that remind us of the sounds of the '80s, including hits by Luba, Alanna Myles, and Toronto, leading to the explosion of talent from the '90s with artists like Sarah McLachlan, K.D. Lang, Amanda Marshall, and jann Arden. Offering something for everyone, from the smooth jazz sounds of Diana Krall to powerhouse vocals of Sass Jordan, the band puts on a show that makes you sing, dance, reminisce, and feel proud we have so many talented Canadia musical female artists in our country.
Saturday 1:00, 3:00, 5:00 - Market Stage

Rick Imus Music Studio was established in the 1990's and has grown to three locations to serve music students in Campbellville, Acton, and Milton. We help students reach their musical goals through progressive private lessons and dynamic programs. This means the core of our progress is the weekly individual music lessons: one-on-one time with a dedicated teacher working at a pace that serves the student. Dynamic programs include seasonal student concerts, band performances, exams, and competitive and creative festivals. Our signature endeavour has been our annual international road trip (New York City, Mempuis, Chicago, Nashville, so far!)
Since 2006, we've built a team of professional teachers with a broad bank of skills and qualifications. Call to book an appointment 905-864-1775.
